These sessions are aimed at building long-term endurance through steady, conversational-paced runs that allow participants to enjoy the group atmosphere while improving stamina. Key Features: Casual, Social Atmosphere: The focus is on endurance-building runs, not racing or high-intensity efforts. Participants can comfortably run and chat, creating a supportive and inclusive environment. Endurance-Focused: Each session will be centered on longer, steady-state runs aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness and stamina, helping runners prepare for longer races or simply improve overall endurance. Flexible Pace Groups: Runners can break into smaller pace groups to ensure everyone can run at a comfortable pace suited to their fitness level. Post-Run Cool Down & Stretching: After each session, there will be a group cool-down period and guided stretching to aid recovery and prevent injuries.
