This high-energy class blends strength and cardio in a circuit-style format to build total-body power and endurance. You'll rotate through stations that combine resistance training and cardio exercixes for a dynamic, full-body workout. Held in the Queenax Functional Training Space, this class utilizes a variety of equipment including free weights, TRX, resistance bands, rowers, Strength Machines, medicine balls, and kettlebells.
