About the Class

Yoga provides the ability to practice balancing your mind and your body through the asanas (poses).   You'll learn proper alignment when moving into the poses (and you do so at your own pace), so that your physical balance improves, as well as your “life” balance, and your mind begins to focus more deeply.   Existing injuries are not a problem. You will be given the correct options best suited for your body.

Special Instructions

MUST ARRIVE EARLY 1- Bring adequate water (none available in Studio). 2- Masks are optional. 3- Wear clean shoes 4- Bring personal hand sanitizer 5- Bring a mat
