The Dragonfly Ride is our classic indoor cycling class — perfect for all levels of riders! Featuring a combination of endurance, interval and strength training drills, the Dragonfly Ride features a prolonged moderate intensity workout that builds aerobic capacity with short bursts of HIIT drills designed to improve speed, power and strength. Add heavy climbs, sprints, jogs, and isolations, with fun choreography sprinkled throughout, and you’ve got a ride that’s effective, safe and fun. This 50-minute journey breaks down walls, pushes riders out of their comfort zone, and leaves them feeling empowered and accomplished.
