About the Event

This small group meets 2 days per week for each 4 week challenge every month.  It is a full body routine great for beginners to intermediate level.  We chart your progress along the way and help you stay focused for the entire 4 week training.   This is a full monthly progressive training program so there is no drop in option for this class.  You must be able to attend all 4 weeks in order to remain in the program.
