Gail is the owner and operator of HER Fitness Boutique. She has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years, and has decades experience in fitness training, club operations, management, and employee developement. HER Fitness was formerly Shapes Fitness for Women, a franchise since 2016. HER Fitness Boutique was born in the spring of 2024 after she made the corageous decision to terminate the franchise with Shapes. HER stands for: Healthy Empowered Resilient! These traits have been what has driven Gail throughout her entire career.
