About the Appointment

To help new clients develop a solid foundation in the movement and skills that are part of the program.  We will focus on proper form and technique.  They provide a supportive environment where you can go at your own pace and build confidence.  This will prepare you for our group training sessions.   This also includes a goal review, measurements, body fat percentage and anything else you'd like to discuss.
