Youth Footwork, Shooting & Goalkeeping TrainerAlex Fullerton is a dedicated Youth Trainer at Next Gen, specializing in footwork, shooting technique, goalkeeping fundamentals, and early player development. With a passion for working with the next generation, Alex primarily focuses on U12 and under players, helping them build strong technical skills while fostering a love for the game.A senior in high school and lifelong soccer player, Alex brings energy, relatability, and a strong connection to young athletes. His sessions are fast-paced, engaging, and age-appropriate, blending essential skills with fun, confidence-building challenges that keep players motivated and excited to learn.In addition to field training, Alex also introduces goalkeeping fundamentals to U12 and under players, including positioning, footwork, handling, diving basics, and distribution. His calm, encouraging approach helps young goalkeepers build comfort and confidence in the position while learning key responsibilities.Alex’s coaching style emphasizes confidence, repetition, and joy. Whether teaching a new dribbling move, refining shot mechanics, or improving field awareness, he takes pride in supporting each player’s growth.
