Since Jena introduced Ryan to The Body Lab and the Lagree Method in 2014, she has been hooked. The Lagree Method has significantly enhanced her core strength and endurance. She’s excited to bring their expertise in the human body and personal training to the new Spectrum Studio and explore a broader range of movements with clients!With nearly 20 years of yoga practice, Malia’s classes are a blend of mindfulness and fun.
