About the Class

This class targets all muscles in the lower body and the core. The workouts will focus on strengthening and building the abs, obliques, quads, hamstrings, glutes and some lower back muscles as well. This class will often utilize booty bands, feel free to bring your own whenever possible. We will also use dumbbells and body weight movements to strengthen all ab and lower body muscles. Strong glutes = strong body.
