Eagle Eye Yoga’s mission is to help you achieve clarity
in finding your optimum mind-body balance, which will be a
positive, guiding force in your day-to-day life.
Strength training and yoga make the perfect team! Each
practice balances out the other and helps you avoid injury.
Stronger muscles can work wonders for your posture, making it much
easier to maintain proper alignment in yoga poses. Yoga helps to
increase your flexibility, making getting a deeper range of motion
easier and safer in your strength moves. When yoga and strength
training are combined, you get a routine that improves every aspect
of your mind, body, and soul.
The foundation of LivFitness: is
small groups and strength training. Liv maintains an individual
connection with each client and implements proper and effective
training methodology to help all participants, regardless of age or
current fitness levels, achieve a healthy and balanced
lifestyle. Whether you train in-studio or virtually,
you’ll know you are getting top- quality training rooted in
research and my 20 + years of experience as a
trainer.  Liv encourages all of her strength-training clients
to participate in yoga with Eagle Eye Yoga.
