A combination of our Lets Cycle and heated barre class. Intensity+Balance.  This hybrid class is a strength-cardio combination like no other. First, 30 minutes of challenging indoor cycling revs your cardiovascular fitness. Then, hop off the bike and work your core, upper and lower body, Barre-style. Isometric exercises will build the tone that you love from Barre combined with a foot to the pedal cycle workout. (Avg temp 98 Humidity 65%)
