About the Event

This Female Fitness Boot Camp is designed for women only and is tailored to transform your body in the shortest amount of time. By constantly mixing up our workouts and providing muscle confusion we will transform your body faster than you thought possible. This workout is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while using military inspired workouts...(60 minute session).  Althought we do ask that you sign up for a particular session time, you are more than welome to attend any of the classes to get your full (5) days a week.     What's included with my purchase: (6) week program (30 classes / 60 min sessions / 5 days a week) (2) Fitness Evaluations - 1 before and after program *Gym Access and all Group Classes that we offer are free to use during 6 week program*
