Abby discovered yoga while at college, and has been practicing for over 10 years. As her practice evolved it quickly became a huge part of her life by helping with stress management and flexibility in every day life. As a classically trained musician, yoga and breathing also helped her to advance her skills and made performing a simple experience. In Abby's class you can expect to build some heat and work on finding the balance between strength and flexibility with fun flows and deep stretches. When she’s not in the studio, you can find Abby hiking, rock climbing, or relaxing with friends.
