Classes are available for booking two weeks in advance. If you are looking for a no-frills push workout, with expert guidance, and always a spot on-hand... this is it. Work your squats, chest, and triceps to achieve strength and muscle using both compound and isolation exercises. The workout is capped with a functional, metabolic conditioning finisher to elevate your heart rate and burn some fat. *Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and ensure a prompt start. This respects the instructor and fellow participants while also giving you the opportunity for a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety and performance. Late arrivals may not be able to join once class has begun.
