Strength Training - POP UP

About the Class

This hour long class will provide a full body strength training session.  We will focus on dialing in form, and utilizing progressive overloads to improve strength on a core set of strength movements including (but not limited to): Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Rows and Pullups.  We will utilize various resistance training systems including: Supersets, Dropsets, Circuits and more. 

Special Instructions

Weight lifting gloves can be helpful in order to protect your palms as well as rings from rubbing on the weights.  Not required though!
