This is a 1x1 nutrition coaching pack that includes 8 weeks of nutrition coaching. We will check in every week and do a 30 min call to discuss the previous week, your progress, any roadblocks and how you can improve your nutrition / diet for the next week. **Please book your first session, and then we will schedule the next 7 sessions after the 1st call** This is great for someone who needs more accountability to stay on track, and is excited to see BIG changes in their body with the help of a more focused diet and fitness plan.
