This is a 2-3 person “Iron Sharpens Iron” training group. These sessions are reserved for small groups of people who are around the same skill leve,l who can work at the same pace on similar segments. Specialize skills like Shooting form work, Advanced Counters and skills that require minute detials can be developed in these sessions. Must be booked in advance apon availability.
Players should stretch a minimum of 15mins prior to start time. Athletes should be hydrated and be mentally and physically prepared to maximize the entire duration of the booked training time.
