About the Event
September 8 - December 22 No class Oct.13 15 classes, $480 This class is intended for beginners and beginner/intermediates, AGES 8+. You will focus on learning new skills and/or reviewing and perfecting techniques if your child has some previous experience. Class includes warm-up, skill development, strength work, and stretching. You’ll learn at your own pace and skill level. As your strength and confidence increase, you’ll be amazed at what you are capable of doing! Please Note: Liability waiver required to take class.
Special Instructions
It is important to wear clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms. You will want a form-fitting shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection. Leggings or footless tights are also suggested. Tighter-fitting clothing that gives you full range of motion is best. Shorts are not recommended, and loose clothing will likely get in the way. Jewelry may not be worn during any class for your safety as it can result in injury or damage to the equipment or your property. Medium to long hair should be tied back for your safety as it will likely get in the wa
