About the Class

This class is a great workout where you will learn basic kickboxing techinque while getting a great workout. This class will involve hitting, kicking, pad work, punching bags, punch/kick combinations, shadow boxing, jump roping and glove drills. This is a total body workout.  Boxing gloves are recommended but can be provided. This class is a bare foot or socks used.
