One of Cycle Craze’s original instructors, Jackie relates to her riders in a very personal way. Jackie brings to class her contagious energy and her classes are always fun, energizing and challenging. Jackie looks for the light in all things and believes that when we allow the music and experience in, all opportunities can open. Jackie's class is an open door to ALL fitness levels who want to work hard, sweat and connect to the music and the moment. Jackie knows how important it is to do the work from the inside out and will remind you that your strength and possibilities are limitless each time that you ride with her. Off the Spinner®, Jackie will remind you to "eat well (mostly,) travel as often as you can and most importantly BE THE BETTER YOU and BE KIND!!"
