Cycle Craze

Amy joined Cycle Craze as a compliment to running.  She enjoyed it so much that she became a certified spinning instructor in 2019 and began subbing in spin classes.   She loves the variety of classes offered at Cycle Craze and decided to obtain her Barre certification in 2025.  She is also currently pursuing her Pilates certification.  She loves the strength and flexibility results she is feeling from working on a combination of the two, combined with yoga, walking, spin, and weight training.  She enjoys matching the music to the type of workout to keep motivation high.  She also enjoys being outdoors camping, hiking, and kayaking, and her workouts at Cycle Craze keep her fitness and energy levels high enough to enjoy those activities!  She also loves to read and spend time with family and friends.  She has 3 grown daughters and the empty nest has left more time for fitness pursuits.  She lives in Conesus with her husband and works in HFL as a middle school Spanish teacher.  She loves the connections and community she feels at Cycle Craze and is looking forward to many more years of health and fitness as a student and instructor!
