Our Functional Strength Training classes are designed to help you build real-world strength by mimicking everyday movements. Class starts on time; arrive early. NO CELLPHONES. THIS IS YOUR HOUR. MAKE IT COUNT. You will not be allowed to participate in class if you arrive after the scheduled time of your class; this is to be mindful & respectful of the other students. Set your belongings in the cubbies, except for your shoes—no chewing gum or candy during your workout. We work out barefoot or with socks. NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED ON THE MAT!
