Tyler’s fitness journey began at the age of 20, when he struggled with weight loss and decided it was time for a change. Through boxing and weight training, he achieved his fitness goals, and his passion for health and fitness continued to grow. Over the next 15 years, Tyler expanded his knowledge by studying various martial arts, including kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Silat.Whether working with children or older adults, Tyler is committed to making martial arts and self-defense accessible to everyone, offering practical movements in a fun, safe, and easy-to-understand way. He currently holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys stand-up comedy in his free time.
