This is an introductory training session with a selected trainer at Energy Fitness. No compensation is required for this session. Simply sign up for a date and time with one of our available trainers (not all trainers are available) and come in to Energy Fitness for meet and greet type of session. Essentially you will be taking us for a “test drive” to see if you and the trainer are a good fit for your strength and health goals. Expect a 10-20 min consultation and then move to workout floor for a fitness evaluation and assesment (some basic strength and mobility exercises).
