Kate grew up in Lancaster, PA and has experience playing almost every sport. Her main focus was track and field, and she had the opportunity to compete for Millersville’s track and field team for 2 years. She graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in sports medicine, and was a student manager for campus recreation.Now, Kate works in sports management/recreation and uses her knowledge to coach and mentor athletes. She has experience working with kids of all ages and abilities, and encourages confidence. Her interests include all things sports, nutrition, injury prevention, sports psychology, and more!Outside of work, her hobbies include basketball, lifting weights, making music, legos, coaching, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Patriots and Celtics.
