Welcome to barre class! Barre is a high intensity, low impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. It is a workout technique inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Consisting of high reputition and low weights barre has you engaging muscles you normally wouldn't target. 

Special Instructions

No equipment necessary. If you would like to bring your own mat you may but one will be provided if not.
