Please make the purchase under the athlete profile.  To create the athlete profile follow these steps: Client responsiblity to ensure that the “auto renew turned on or off”. 1. Please create an athlete profile under the parent's account by adding a “family member”.  2.  Include the athlete date of birth 3.  Complete waiver and forms for the athlete.   4.   Note cancellation policy  5.  Make purchase under athlete profile, so they will appear on our roster
