About the Appointment

Keith Furnish played college baseball, as a catcher, in Northern Illinois. His college coach told all players when they arrived on campus, “You didn’t get drafted out of high school, so you need learn the game as a coach if you want to stay in the game.” True statement during that period of time.   Coach Furnish brings 35 years of coaching experience to Southfork. He has coached around the metroplex with youth organizations such as DBAT and the Dallas Mustangs, but now he focuses on passing his knowledge to the youth through his lessons. “My goal is to guide players to be as good as they would like to be.”
