Lance has always been an active person, playing multiple sports throughout high school and university. His main sports of focus are basketball, soccer, and volleyball. In his grade 10 year he was introduced to weight training, and found this was something that he greatly enjoyed and wanted to pursue further. After studying Kinesiology at Brock university, Lance found a new appreciation for human movement and how it can have such a profound impact on our health and overall wellness. After furthering his education and completing a graduate diploma from Humber college in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management, Lance was ready and excited to apply his knowledge and help his clients reach their health and fitness goals. Lance’s philosophy on training is simple, the most sustainable approach to your fitness is the best approach. Lance has developed a few injuries over the years that have slowed his training, and it is his goal to help his clients avoid these kinds of setbacks, and also help them to continue their training even with movement and exercise limitations. Knowing that time and consistent effort is what leads people to lasting results, Lance puts an emphasis on coaching movement and making sure that his clients master a set of exercise movements that will carry their training forward for life.After 7 years of working in the industry Lance wanted to take his knowledge of human movement even further to provide his clients with an even better service. In April 2020 Lance enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. This knowledge of the human body will help to deepen Lance’s understanding of the human body and provide his current and future clients an exceptionally tailored training experience.
