TIG 2: Developing Technique
Have you heard of “stack of dimes”? That was originated in TIG
welding. In this class, you will learn how to identify a good TIG
weld and develop arc control techniques.
This class is $135 per person for 2 hours. TIG1 is required.

Arc Academy LLC

Purchasing a MIG pass allows students to use this for either a MIG 1 or MIG 2 class.

Students can purchase this pass to cover the cost of the Table 101 4-week class.

Students can purchase this pass towards either a TIG 1 or TIG 2 class.

TIG 1 and 2

Arc Forge - Introduction to Blacksmithing

Intermediate will focus on further skill development in thin section tapering; upsetting; spreading/flattening; dishing; hot cutting/punching development. 

Arc Forge - Intermediate Forge

TIG 3 will focus on stainless steel and aluminum welding and the weld positions and joints you learned in TIG 1 and 2

This is a private class for up to four people for three hours. 

Group Private Class

Day welding camp for minors 13 to 18 years old. This is a five-day camp. Each day 10 am to 3 pm. Each day the students will learn a new welding process for the first three days. Last two days they will fabricate a cube using the process of their choice. 

WELD CAMP

SMAW: Shielded Metal Arc Welding
Need to weld on thick metals outdoors. Stick is the way to go. Stick welding is a flux/slag system of welding that does not require a cylinder of shielding gas. Bonus, It's also the least expensive system of arc welding.
