Deposit & Payment A $200 deposit is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance will be charged or due on the day of the party. Guest Count & Space Use Your party includes up to 15 children and their adults. Additional children may be accommodated for an extra fee—please inquire. Personalized Invitation & Sign We provide a custom invitation & event sign for your party. Please provide: Birthday child’s name Age they are celebrating Name of the host(s) A JPEG invitation will be emailed within one week for you to send out as needed. RSVP & Waivers Every parent & child attending must sign a waiver before the party. Guests will receive the waiver link when they RSVP. The client will receive an event link through Wellness Living (included on the invitation) where guests can RSVP & sign the waiver. Food & Drinks Cake is not included but may be brought in. Outside food & beverages are welcome but must be nut-free. We provide cheese pizza, juice boxes, and tableware (plates, cups, forks). Setup & Cleanup You may arrive 15 minutes before your party for any personal setup. Staff will handle basic cleanup; personal decorations and belongings must be removed by the end of the party time. Upgrades & Add-Ons Music Party Experience, extra time, creative activities, and sensory bin favors must be booked in advance. Contact us to explore customization options! Timing & Extensions Parties are scheduled for 2 hours. Additional time must be booked in 30-minute increments before the event.
