Instructions for Your Visit Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, complete any necessary paperwork, and warm up before your session. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive athletic clothing and appropriate footwear suited to your activity—whether for fitness training, weightlifting, or sport-specific drills. Bring water to stay hydrated throughout your session. Be prepared to participate fully, including warm-up, skill instruction, conditioning, and cool-down activities as appropriate.
