THE ARMORY - Fitness

Trinity was a student-athlete on the Women's Soccer team at Tiffin University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She then obtained a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining the Armory, Trinity gained experience as a strength and conditioning coach intern at the University of Pittsburgh in 2021 and later with The Ohio State Buckeyes from 2023 to 2024. In 2024, she also served as the Boys and Girls U11/U12 Academy Head Coach for the Colorado United Soccer Club. We are excited to welcome her back to Columbus.
