Through sharing her own experiences she is able to connect and communicate with her audiences. She meets them where they are and is able to show them real proven tools and strategies to navigate through life's most difficult situations with grace and compassion. Although she has been on Disney, ESPN, TNT, and HBO, she is most proud of her volunteer work where she has donated her time and helped raise over $58 Million Dollars for charities.
