About the Class

Duration: 30 minutes   Instruction will cover a wide range of techniques from intervals, sprints, climbs, and more! Ryde style and intensity will vary for this 30 minute Ryde! *All levels welcomed as participants are encouraged to go at their own pace  

Special Instructions

ATTENTION:  You are encouraged to provide your own mats and towels for catching your SWEAT. SWEAT provides multi-use foam exercise mats for use.  We also provide a cleaning solution and microfiber towels at the front desk, and you are required to clean the mat and any other equipment with the sanitizing and deodorizing cleaner prior to, and after use.   SWEAT follows the CDPH Guidance for the Use of Face Coverings, requiring universal masking indoors (during exercise) statewide between December 15, 2021, and January 15, 2022, irrespective of vaccine status.
