SRF Baby Burn 🔥👶 A strength and movement class designed for moms and their little ones. This small, intimate class is created to help you feel comfortable moving with your little one while connecting with other moms in a supportive environment. This mat-based class blends light weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movement—with your baby as part of the workout. You can baby wear, hold your baby, or let them relax safely on the mat beside you while you move. The goal is to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body postpartum, all while bonding with your baby. For mamas with babies 18 months or younger who aren’t on the move just yet. Pregnant mamas are highly encouraged and the class is postpartum-safe. Please bring toys, pacifiers, milk, and anything your baby may need during class. Babies may lay on the mat with you, but we recommend bringing an extra blanket or small mat for them to lay or play on for cleanliness and comfort. Please keep in mind babies may cry, make noise, or need attention during class—and that’s completely okay. You are welcome to change a diaper, feed, or tend to your baby at any time.
