My main focus as your personal trainer will be to help you move and feel better for the rest of your life! I began working in the fitness industry 6 years ago and have found myself working more and more with women pre and post-natal after having two of my own. I enjoy helping you feel better and have customized my training style to fit many needs including stretching, kinesio taping, weight training, and cross-training with other fitness activities.
