EECP require multiple one hour sessions. For athletes looking for some quick improvement 15 of 1 hour sessions can get them on their way. More session can be don as needed to help with recovery in between training session or to accelerate recovery from injuries. For people suffering from chest pain 35 of 1 hour sessions is the standard protocol and most people feel the improvements at about the 15th session. For other more serious cases up to 50 session may be required but those people should consult with a Dr. and they should look to do this under the supervision of an M.D. After a packet of sessions is completed maintenance session can be booked individually.

How to prepare your EECP session Eat on time The session should be done on an empty stomach or light stomach. Before going to your session, make sure that your stomach and bowels are empty. Do not eat any heavy meals less than three hours before your session.  Hydrate well Drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your session. However, don’t try to drink a lot of water right before your session. Filling your stomach and bladder right before the session, your internal organs may be uncomfortable and sometimes even making you nauseous. Wear comfortable clothes Your clothes should be able to stretch but not too loose or flowing. Remove any loose jewelry as they may make you uncomfortable.  Check your condition Don’t come in a state of exhaustion, hurry, injury, or illness. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or dizziness, your technician must know.
