Take the first step towards a healthier and revitalized life with our Spring Into FITTness Special. You will meet with one of our senior trainers during your training consultation where we discuss everything about you and your fitness goals. Next, we will do our Kinesics evaluation (flexibility mobility range of motion assessment) so we can start our customized process by understanding how your body moves and provide a customized stretching program. Once we have your goals and evaluation information, your trainer will design a customized training program based on how many # of sessions per week you want (Program Design service). Once we have your program ready, you will begin your workouts, which this package provides 8- 60 minute training sessions. Package is ideal for anyone that wants to experience our method and get started with your workouts.
