Personal Practice: Ive been practicing yoga for over ten years, initially as a way too support my dancing and training, however now It's a daily practice of movement meditation and I’d be lacking a great deal of sanity if I couldn’t practice most days!Teaching Since: Since twenty eleven, moving from dance to reformer and mat pilates as well as yoga and barreAbout Me: I love to be out doors and busy, the two come hand in hand with needed to entertain an overactive mind! I love to move and listen to music as thats been part of my work and world for the last twenty years! About My Classes: I teach the way I like to work; Incorporating lots of challenges in a continuous flow, encouraging as much awareness as possible. I focus a great deal on identifying habitual patterning in the body and developing the physical intelligence needed to retrain and progress the practice beyond simply habitual patterning. On top of all this I generally promise you’ll have fun; at some point!
