Reformer Open Level is a class for students with some Pilates experience. In this class, you will learn more intermediate Reformer exercises and techniques. You will also focus on refining your form and technique. This class is ideal for students who are ready for a challenge and who want to continue to improve their Pilates practice. In Reformer Open Level, you will learn more challenging Reformer exercises, such as advanced leg presses, rows, overhead presses, and planks. You will also learn how to incorporate props, such as the Reformer foot-bar and foam roller, into your exercises. If you are looking for a challenging Pilates class that will help you take your practice to the next level, Reformer Open Level is the class for you. Perfect for all, except expecting mothers, our invigorating classes are designed to cater to diverse fitness needs, fostering holistic wellness and vitality. Should you have any concerns about injuries, we are here to provide personalised guidance and support. Reformer Open Level is a class suitable for many levels of experience. It is a level up from Reformer Basics but still can be modified and progressed. This class is a full body flow class. Modifications can be given for anyone who is a late beginner, first trimester of pregnancy, and anyone with an injury or chronic pain. Progressions will be offered to those who wish to progress. Please let us know if you require any modifications or have attend under 5 Reformer Basics classes. Pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester are not suited to this class.
