About the Class

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates  which focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.  Barre focuses on small, intense movements that push muscles to the point of fatigue, often with more of a cardio challenge incorporated. You only need 30mins to feel the burn!
