About the Class

Hot Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using the Pilates principles. Its high intensity, low impact format is designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of high impact workouts. Of course, as the name suggests, it’s taught in a hot space and it’s going to make you sweat . Hot Pilates uses a lot of variations and repetitions of Pilates core- and back-strengthening exercises alongside a variety of squats, lunges, and mountain climbers.The high intensity component works on improving moods,ease stress,work on toning and sculpting your body by burning fat .... weight loss and effective metabolism.  

Special Instructions

Come spend an hour catching up with your breath and practicing mindful movement to engage with your day and attend to your body before rest. In this practice, we explore the pawanmuktasana series and guided meditation. This is a gentle  class that is open to beginners and advanced level practitioners alike. You are welcome to bring a journal with you to write about anything that arises for you. There will also be time for some conversation with other practitioners and space to share your reflections and feedback, if you like.
