Level: All Levels ***If you are an Absolute Beginner/first-timer to reformer pilates, we recommend taking either “Reformer Flow” or “Beginner Reformer Pilates” class first before signing up for this class. Get ready to feel every inch of your hips, hips and legs from every angle and every direction. This class based on mat and vertical Pilates will sculpt, reshape and contour your waistline, hips and thighs like never before. The secret lies in working these areas as an integrated system where each part affects the other. Grip socks mandatory - no exceptions. - If this is your first Reformer class at Sliving Studios, you must show up 10 minutes before the class start time for machine orientation. This is mandatory. - The Reformer Room has a strict no in and out policy. Late Cancellation is within 12 hours of the class start time. If class is cancelled within 12 hours of class start time or there is a no show for class, the class will be forfeited.
Grip Socks are required during reformer classes for safety protection. If you don't have them, we sell grip socks at the studio for $10/pair.
