50 minute Pilates Mat and Equipment class designed to help clients develop core strength, controlled movement, increase flexibility, and improve posture. A variety of Mat exercises will be combined with work on the Reformer and EXO Chair to develop and challenge the core. The Five Pilates Principles will be emphasized during each exercise. This class is open to all levels as modifications will be given to beginning students and challenges to more advanced students. MELT Hand or Foot Treatments or Foam Roller sequences will start this class.
