Pilates Studio

Pilates Remedy
is located in the Yuma Palms shopping center in Yuma, AZ, and
offers small group classes for all levels and private appointments
for all abilities. We cater to clients who are new to using the
reformer as well as clients who have injuries, illness, or other
fitness decline. We strive to provide sessions that are fun and
challenging yet meet the needs of each participant, no matter their
experience. Our goal when creating this studio was to make Pilates
and Fitness accessible for all. We hope you feel welcome and enjoy
your time here as much as we enjoy having you!

Required for first-time clients who have never used a reformer to become familiar with the equipment and learn the foundational exercises that form the basis of a Pilates practice. The class is slow-paced, instructional, and focused on building confidence, understanding, and proper technique.
