Our energetic jumpboard classes offer everything you love about the Pilates Reformer, but with a bonus of cardio! The Pilates jumpboard is added to the Reformer to give you a fast-paced and energetic Pilates workout. Our jumpboard classes include traditional Pilates Reformer exercises mixed in with occational intervals of jumping (think of laying on your back and jumping on a trampoline). This class adds a bit of spice and more sweat to your Pilates workout!! Why people love this class: The jumpboard is low-impact. You will sweat and leave with an endorphin high. The jumpboard increases lymphatic circulation. Traditional Pilates Reformer exercises are mixed into the class. *Prior Reformer experience is required and not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with lower back and serious knee injuries. Level 2/3: a mixture of beginner-intermediate exercises.
If all classes are fully booked, joining the waitlist allows you to be placed in the queue for the next available spot. When you join the waitlist, you are selecting that you want to and are able to attend the class should it become available again. WAITLIST POLICY: The waitlist will automatically add you into class up until THREE hours before class. Please manage your waitlist reservations as you would a normal class that you’re booked into. If you cannot make a waitlist reservation any longer, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. Late Cancel and No Show Policies will apply if you are booked into a class from the waitlist and cancel within 12 hours or fail to show up.
