This class will review the fundamentals of Pilates and guide students through a focused workout on the Pilates reformer apparatus. Modifications will be given to assist any sore joints or limitations. This class is low impact and gentle on the body as it boosts your posture, strength, and flexibility. CANCELLATION POLICY: As a courtesy to our instructors and other guests who would like to reserve a spot, we kindly request 24 hours notice of cancellation if you are unable to make your scheduled class. Cancellations may be made through our online booking system or using the WellnessLiving Achieve mobile app. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to class start time) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class without refund.
