Never done Pilates before? This class will be coached on technique, alignment, and core control while building the strength, stamina, and repertoire required to participate in Pilates Reformer small group classes. Perfect for the absolute beginner and an excellent technique tune-up for those getting back into practice. It is a slower paced class and is suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners and pre/postnatal.
Pilates Socks are required and are avaliable for purchase ahead of class if need. Please arrive 5 minuites early if this is your first time taking a class to introduce yourself to the instructor and go over any limitations you may have. A mini demo on how to use a reformer will be given before class.
